Ahlat (Bitlis), Turkey | |
5 & 7 June 2010 |
Just East of Ahlat, there is a beautiful Seljuc cemetary. Furthermore, a small river flows just east of Ahlat into Van Gölü. Between the river mouth and the brackish Van Gölü is a small wetland, which we visited in search of birds - and insects, of course! |
